Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 6 chestnuts
- Marinade: 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil, a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
