Each table has a large flattop griddle (roughly double the average size) for grilling. The all-you-can-eat option (~$30/person) covers brisket, pork belly, gochujang-marinated pork shoulder, chicken bulgogi, and beef bulgogi; sides include tofu stew, buckwheat noodles, and ramen.
