Doshi Sushi is a family-owned Korean-Japanese sushi-and-sashimi restaurant in Duluth, GA (3473 Old Norcross Rd). The centerpiece is a 60-foot sushi bar; seven private rooms accommodate parties up to 30. Owner Eugene Lee — from a family of Korean fishermen — sources the freshest available fish. Hours: daily 11am–2:30pm and 4pm–9:40pm; closed Wednesday.
