Responsibilities

• Customer quality response and monitoring
• Manage input timing using VIN body numbers and FIFO
• Contain non-conformity via incoming inspection; sorting and rework
• Daily communication and real-time issue sharing with customer QC

Requirements

• High-school diploma minimum
• Mechanical/automotive major preferred
• Automotive-parts knowledge and customer communication skills
• On-site judgment and quick problem response
