Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly-line operations; support launches via APQP
• Enforce IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Champion EHS safety culture; chair steering committees
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve efficiency and profitability
• Manage managers/supervisors; recruitment and reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business
• 20+ years manufacturing leadership; 15+ years as Automotive Plant/Operations Manager
• ERP/MES proficiency (SAP)
• Knowledge of advanced automation and digital integration
