Oversee production operations with a focus on inventory management, process optimization, and team leadership to raise productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage semi-finished and finished parts inventory
• Analyze assembly/press downtime and drive improvement plans
• Optimize production workflow; run 3C 5S initiatives
• Build and execute annual production plans; prepare for audits
• Manage staffing, overtime, and corrective action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering
• 10+ years production management in manufacturing/automotive
• Robot/press operation knowledge preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office proficiency
